STEP 1 - Project Needs
The first step we take with our projects is to define the needs and requirements of the project. This would include anything needed to complete the project. The reason in doing this is to create a preemptive approach to each project. If their are no defined needs or requirements of the project, than delays may ensue. It is the client's responsibility to develop the defined needs and requirements of each project.

STEP 2 - Creating the Concept
The second step is to create a concept of the project. After receiving the project needs, we will work on creating the concept of the project. We will then present it to you, the client, for your approval. Any changes that need to be made can be changed more easily at this point. Once the concept is presented and approved, we will move on to the final step in the project process.

STEP 3 - Project Development / Completion
In the final step, we will design and develop your project based on the needs and requirements discussed earlier in step 1. We will keep in close contact with our clients to ensure that the quality of the project is satisfactory for the client. Once the project is completed, it will be submitted for the client's approval. At this time any errors or problems will be corrected. After approval is gained from the client, the project will be officially completed. Any changes that need to be made after this point will be known as "hot fixes" and will be billed therefore as such.
